We have investigated the effect of initial microstructures on change in critical current density (Jc) Nb-46.5 wt%Ti (NbTi) superconducting material. It is well known that α-Ti phases distributed NbTi material act as a flux pinning center, resulting an improvement density. Therefore, it crucial to obtain grain-refined microstructure, which strongly related with precipitation uniformly fine and higher volume faction phases, are precipitated at grain boundaries triple points during heat treatments. order characterize microstructure density, different were obtained by applying equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) hot rolling strains. was revealed experimentally strain efficient for obtaining has equiaxed grains β-NbTi aid dynamic recrystallization, helpful precipitating intermediate treatment. Furthermore, confirmed can be enhanced smaller phase, aspect ratio fraction phase ribbon-like folded phase.
